Shanghai Dongrun Heat-Exchanger Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is a professional provider of heat exchange solutions. With an in-house testing platform, a 50+ engineer R&D team led by professor-level senior engineers, and a three-layer validation process, we deliver custom-engineered heat exchangers to Tier-1 OEMs and EPC contractors worldwide.

Founder

Mao Wenzhuo, professor-level senior engineer, founded Dongrun in 2001.

Before founding the company, he spent 19 years at China's AVIC 614 Aero Engine Research Institute — serving as designer, design group leader, and research division director. That aerospace background is the methodological foundation Dongrun brings to industrial heat exchange: the same rigor that applies to jet-engine cooling applies, in our work, to motor coolers, wind tunnel heat exchangers, and gas turbine inlet air cooling systems.

He chairs the company and leads the technical roadmap. The 50+ engineer R&D team he built — and the in-house testing platform he invested in — are the reasons custom designs ship with confidence.

Product innovation

    Tongji University Ground Vehicle Test Center wind tunnel heat exchanger — first wind tunnel project.
  4. 2011
    Factory expanded to 36,000 m² in Jinshan, Shanghai. Turnkey gas turbine inlet air cooling project delivered to Saudi Electricity Company.
  5. 2012
    Cooperation begins with GE Energy Power Conversion (France).
  6. 2013
    Porsche 911 wind tunnel heat exchanger project (Stuttgart). Cooperation begins with TMEIC (Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric). ISO 14001 environmental management certification.
